Neville Special Projects was awarded the contract to design and build an extension together with internal alterations and refurbishment of the existing library and other associated areas. This curved steel framed building was fitted out with bespoke furniture to provide a new entrance, open workspaces and breakfast room. External works included a new playground facility on a sloping site, sculpturing the area with wildflower planting to banks.
