Neville Special Projects was awarded a number of contracts to develop automotive showrooms and workshops for Vindis Group Limited.

 

Bedford

Duration: 30 weeks​

A two phased project, Phase One consisted of the extension and refurbishment of the existing building. This included a steel frame extension, doubling the size of the existing sales and workshop areas, with provision of new valet facilities.  Some internal demolition and structural remodelling was required and high quality finishes were carried out throughout.  An external envelope, incorporating new cladding and curtain walling, and new external paved car sales area, was also provided.

Phase Two consisted of the refurbishment of the existing showroom and offices, and external works with the provision of new MOT bays to the refurbished workshop.

Northampton

Duration: 38 Weeks

The Northampton location was a three phased programme, with Phase One consisting of the construction of new valet wash bay facility.  This resulted in a steel-frame building with metal cladding internally and externally, providing up to 15 bays for washing and dry valeting.

​

Phase Two saw a steel frame extension and refurbishment of the existing workshops, incorporating large scale internal demolition and structural remodelling, with high quality finishes throughout.  The external envelope incorporated new cladding and curtain walling, and new external paved car sales areas.

Finally, Phase Three saw the refurbishment of the existing showroom, offices; and external works.
